Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Rich chocolatey decadent pudding that can actually protect your heart?! You betchya!

Makes 6 servings


3 Ripe Avocados

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

3/4 cup Maple Syrup or Agave

Salt to taste


  1. Remove skin and seed from avocados and blend until smooth with no lumps.

  2. Add cocoa, syrup, and salt to taste. Mix until smooth. Cocoa and sweetener amounts may need to be slightly adjusted.

  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to thicken.

  4. Top with fresh fruit
