2 Ingredient Pancakes

These hot cakes are super delicious and only made with 2 healthy ingredients!!!

All you need is 1 banana and 3 eggs. Optional: salt, pepper, nutmeg, vanilla.

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender or vigorously whisk. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour into 6" diameter circles. Cook until golden brown then flip. Top with your favorite fresh fruit and a little maple syrup or honey!
