This is such an easy and tasty alternative to heavy cream sauces. I just blend it up and put it on almost anything... pizza, chicken, frittata, veggies...
1 cup raw cashews
Directions: soak cashews in hot water for at least 1 hour so they blend smooth. Drain water and add cashews, juice from lemon, fresh herbs, and sea salt to taste. Add small amounts of water to blend ingredients until the desired consistency is reached. Keep in fridge.
