I was in a pinch this week and didn't feel like doing a big grocery trip and cooking fiasco. This was A LIFE SAVER!!!! It was only a few ingredients combined to make an incredibly delicious and healthy meal.
I love using a variety of bean noodle pastas because they are much lower in carbs, higher in fiber, and higher in protein to keep you feeling satiated with much less to support weight loss and gut health.

Ingedients:
Bean Noodle Pasta: I used Explore Asian Edamame Fettuccini
Italian Chicken Sausage
Pesto
Mushrooms
Salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne
Directions: cook bean noodle pasta. In a separate skillet, slice and sautee mushrooms and Italian chicken sausage. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and cayenne to taste. Combine all ingredients together and enjoy!!!
