The BEST Grain - Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh my gosh! These were sooooooo good and I have been so excited because they are really healthy too!!

Most chocolate chip cookies are made of refined flours and a lot of sugar that spike inflammation and leave you feeling ravenous for more.

These are great because instead of regular flour, they are made with almond flour to keep blood sugar nice and stable and provide nutrients, such as healthy fats, protein, and fiber to keep you feeling fuller longer and less on the craving train.

They are also gluten free and vegan.

For the sweetener, I used Allulose by Wholesome Yum but you could use any sweetener you want. This gives a natural sweet taste without raising blood sugar.

On this Sunday morning I had these little babies with a hot latte and it was divine!


2 cups almond flour

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup allulose (or sweetener of choice)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsp. milk of choice

1 small ripe banana, smashed

Directions: preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Stir dry ingredients very well. Mix with wet ingredients. Shape into cookies and bake on a cookie tray for 12 minutes. Allow to cool down and firm up at room temperature or in the fridge for a more dense and chewy cookie. Letting is cool and set will make a big difference in taste! I enjoyed these the most the next day!
